ADevHub provides automated research, workflow assistance, and AI-generated outputs related to taxability, compliance, reconciliation, and related topics through ADev AI and associated tools.
The Service is provided solely for informational and operational support purposes.
The Company does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice.
All outputs generated by the Service are:

provided "as is"
not a substitute for professional judgment
You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
You remain solely responsible for all tax, legal, financial, and compliance decisions.
You will independently verify all outputs before relying on them.
You will consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
You agree not to rely exclusively on the Service for any filing, compliance determination, legal interpretation, or financial decision.
The Service uses automated systems and artificial intelligence and relies in part on third-party governmental and public sources.
You acknowledge that:
Outputs may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or incorrect.
Laws, regulations, and interpretations change.
AI systems may hallucinate, misinterpret inputs, or provide erroneous information.
AlternaDev does not control the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party sources.
You remain fully responsible for determining tax treatment, reporting positions, and for conducting your own due diligence.
The Company makes no representation or warranty regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose.
You are solely responsible for:
Verifying outputs before use
Maintaining appropriate internal controls
Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws
Safeguarding your account credentials
All activity occurring under your account
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.
You acknowledge that ADevHub and ADev AI are evolving products.
Features may change, degrade, or be removed without notice. Availability is not guaranteed.
You must provide accurate registration information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify AlternaDev immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or suspected security breach.
AlternaDev is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
You agree not to:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service
Use the Service in a way that disrupts other users
Impersonate another person or entity
Use the Service for unlawful purposes
AlternaDev may suspend or terminate access for any such activity.
Fees are billed in advance unless otherwise stated.
All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
All software, workflows, prompts, interfaces, documentation, and materials provided by the Company are owned by AlternaDev or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service during your subscription.
You may not:
reverse engineer
copy
resell
sublicense
redistribute
any portion of the Service.
You retain ownership of your data.
You grant AlternaDev a license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
AlternaDev owns all aggregated and anonymized data derived from use of the Service and may use such data for internal analytics, product improvement, and business purposes.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:
MERCHANTABILITY
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
NON-INFRINGEMENT
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ACCURATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF:
THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS, OR
ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR:
INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
LOST PROFITS
LOST DATA
BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
TAX ASSESSMENTS
PENALTIES
INTEREST
FINES
EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AlternaDev from any claims arising from:
your use of the Service
your reliance on outputs
your violation of these Terms
your business or compliance decisions
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice.
You may cancel your account at any time.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ends.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
